Purchase Terms
Emil & Lína only accepts orders placed on our website. We do not take orders by phone, email or post.
You must be at least 16 years old.
Items in your cart are not reserved until you receive our Order Confirmation by email
Consumer Purchase Act(No 48/2003) and Consumer Contracts Act(No 16/2016) apply, subject to these terms.
Contract Formation
A binding contract is formed once we confirm your order by email (Order Confirmation). Orders placed on Fridays, weekends or public holidays will be confirmed by 18:00 the next business day.
Pricing & Currency
All prices are in Icelandic króna(ISK), inclusive of VAT. Prices and offers may change at any time; the price you see when our order is guaranteed for that purchase.
Discounts & Promo Codes
Promotional prices and discount codes may be offered temporarily
Discount codes are usually single-use and expire on first use
You cannot apply discounts after your order is confirmed—apply all codes before payment.
We may withdraw or invalidate codes or promotions at any time.
Promotional codes shown in our newsletter or printed materials cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

Emil & Lína accepts bank transfers as a payment method.

Emil & Lína accepts Netgíró and Aur as payment methods, payment confirmed by email.
If your card issuer declines payment, you will be notified; we are not liable for delays or cancellations due to decline.
Delivery
We dispatch orders as soon as possible. If delivery is delayed over 20 days, you may cancel—please contact us at emiloglina@emiloglina.is
Right of Return
Statutory Withdrawal
You have the legal right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery (Consumer Contracts Act, Art.17). Notify us by email to emiloglina@emiloglina.is before the deadline and return the item within 14 days of that notice.
Extended Return
We offer a 30-day return period from receipt of goods.
Non-returnable Items
Underwear, swimwear, earrings and cosmetics are non-returnable unless seals nad original packaging remain intact.
Condition of Returns
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging and fully resaleable, with all tags and packaging intact.
Return Methods
There are two return methods available:
By Mail:
Email emiloglina@emiloglina.is with the subject "Skil á vörum" including your name, national ID, number of items, total value, and defect description if applicable.

Use a trackable service and keep proof of posting. You bear responsibility for the item until we receive it, including damage during shipping.
In-person at Warehouse:
Bring returns to our warehouse at Skeiðarás 8, 210 Garðabær (09:00-15:30 on business days). A staff member will assist you.
Refunds
Within 14 days: Full refund to the original payment method, including original shipping if the cheapest method was chosen.
After 14 but within 30 days: Store credit or gift voucher equal to the item value (shipping not refunded).
Always: Return shipping costs are non-refundable; in-store returns are free of charge. Refunds are processed as quickly as possible.
Defective Goods
If you receive incorrect, damaged or defective goods, we will replace them free of charge. Please contact emiloglina@emiloglina.is within two months of discovering the defect.
Limited Liability
We reserve the right to cancel any order showing a clear pricing error (e.g. absurdly high/low price). We will notify you by email and correct the price.
Products are for private, non-commercial use only. We are not liable for business losses or delays due to force majeure (e.g. war, floods, strikes, riots, government actions).
We strive for accurate product descriptions and images but cannot guarantee exact color matches due to dislay differences.
We may suspend emiloglina.is at any time for maintenance. In case of conflict, these Terms prevail.
Intellectual Property
All text and images on emiloglina.is are protected. Copying, downloading, storing, transmitting or any similar use is prohibited without Emil & Lína's written permission. We are not liable for errors in text or images.
Changes to Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date below will be revised accordingly. All references to Emil & Lína mean Sagas19 ehf., operator of emiloglina.is. The current version is always on our website.

Dispute Resolution
The Complaints Committee for Goods and Services (Kvartanefnd vöru- og þjónustukaupa), Borgartún 21, wwww.kvth.is, is the appellate body for consumer disputes.

Tyres: Covered for 3 years
Soft goods: Covered for 2 years
Accessories: Covered for 1 year
Whats not covered in 5-year warranty - iCandy
The warranty is for manufacturing faults only and do not cover the following:
Misuse of the pushchair
Airline damage, damage in car collision, theft, etc.
Pushchairs categorised as a 'total loss' or 'insurance write off'
Alterations, modifications or tampering
Damage or surface corrosion from environmental conditions
Cosmetic conditions or surface damage including scratches, chips, stains etc.
It will also not cover any faults caused by lack of maintenance or natural degradation.
